Green Power Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie Recipe

Inflammation is the immune system’s response to illness or injury. Stressful external factors could cause inflammation. Ingredients:

  • 1 large handful of spinach

  • 1 stick of organic celery

  • half a cucumber

  • 1/2 avocado

  • fresh ginger

  • juice of 1 lemon

  • 300 ml of filtered water

  • Optional: add 1 green apple or kiwi

Method:

  1. ​Wash your vegetables beneath cold running water, making sure you give the spinach a thorough wash to remove all traces of soil.

  2. Place all the ingredients into your blender and blitz together until it becomes smooth and creamy.

  3. To make it more sweet and tasty add one apple or kiwi

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
